Three games, three wins, and not one of them was dull. The Boogeymen swept the night, and two of those wins came by a single goal. That is how a Saturday should sound.

The opener was 6s against Trashcans HC, and it ended 3-2 for the Boogeymen with a strange shape to it. The club threw 8 hits, an unusually low count, and took 36. Igor Orlov scored two and Silky one, while Z Wang put 9 shots on net, well above his 6s norm.

Then came the 3s, and 3s is where the chaos lives. The Boogeymen beat OG Farded 5-2, with Silky scoring three and Igor Orlov two. They did it on just 12 shots, an unusually low total, which is finishing with a straight face.

The finale went to overtime. The Boogeymen beat Garage Fire 3-2, and this time they owned the puck. The club had 1042 seconds of attack time, an unusually high total. It also out-hit the opponent for the first time in 5 games, a small swing on a night that started with 8 hits.

Now the spotlight. Igor Orlov scored in all three games, and against Garage Fire he scored all three Boogeymen goals. He even threw 6 hits against OG Farded, big for him in 3s. When one forward finds the net every time out, the rest of the night bends around him.

He had help from the blue line. Joey Flopfish set up 3 goals in each of the 3s games. Silky and Joey Flopfish are now 88-19-6 together in 113 games, and on a night like this that partnership looks like it never gets tired.

Across the whole night the club out-shot its opponents 55-26 and outscored them 11-6. Three wins, two one-goal finishes, and one forward who would not stay off the scoresheet. Saturday had heat from start to finish, and the Boogeymen walked away with all of it.

Rico Vale is made up. The scores and stats come from the real games.
